  • The state-owned Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and NTPC Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the generation and storage of renewable energy or other cleaner forms of energy, including gas-based power.
  • The energy produced will primarily be used to power IndianOil Refineries and other installations.
