International Stuttering Awareness Day is organized every year on 22 October in the world.
According to United Nations data, 1.5% people worldwide are victims of stammering.
Due to this problem people have to face embarrassment. Due to which people can also become victims of many types of mental problems.
This day is celebrated only to eliminate their mental problems.
This day was celebrated for the first time in the year 1998.
The International Stuttering Association was established in Sweden in the year 1995.
The theme of this day has been kept as 'One size does not fit all'.
