Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System 2.0 is the new grievance redressal system of the Central Government.
Recently the new version of this system was inaugurated by Dr Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Science and Technology.
It is a Public Grievance Portal and Automated Analysis System in the Tree Dashboard Portal of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.
This system has been developed by IIT Kanpur.
This dashboard provides quick tabular analysis of complaints lodged and disposed, complaints lodged state-wise and district-wise and ministry-wise data.
It is enabled by Artificial Intelligence capability.
