Bengaluru-based workplace solutions company IndiQube has announced a price band of ₹225–₹237 per share for its initial public offering (IPO), aiming to raise ₹700 crore. Of this, ₹650 crore will be raised through fresh equity issuance, while founders Rishi Das and Meghna Agarwal will offload ₹50 crore worth of shares via an Offer for Sale (OFS).
