The joint exercise of Indian Indian and Vietnam Coast Guards was conducted off the coast of Kochi. The joint exercise of Indian and Vietnam Coast Guard was completed on 20 December 2024.
Vietnam Coast Guard Ship CSB 8005 sailed from Kochi on 20 December 2024. The successful visit has led to a strengthening partnership between the Vietnam Coast Guard (VCG) and the Indian Coast Guard (ICG).
Indian Coast Guard helicopters and Dornier aircraft showcased their expertise in pollution response, external fire fighting, medical evacuation and other missions.
