Two Indian student teams, KIET Group of Institutions from Delhi-NCR and Kanakia International School from Mumbai, achieved recognition at the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge (HERC).
The HERC, an annual engineering competition organized by NASA, aims to promote innovation and problem-solving skills among students while aligning with NASA's Artemis program goals.
Over 600 students from 72 teams worldwide participated in the HERC, showcasing their abilities in navigating obstacle courses, completing mission-specific tasks, and engaging with NASA engineers for safety and design reviews.

Anandkumar Velkumar created history by winning India’s first-ever gold medal in speed skating at the Speed Skating World Championships 2025 held in Beidaihe, China.
