The Indian women's hockey team won the title by defeating China 4-2 in a penalty shootout in the final of the Women's Junior Asia Cup in Muscat, Oman on 15 December 2024.
This is India's second consecutive title.
Hockey India has announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh to each player and Rs 1 lakh to each support staff member after the women's team won its second consecutive Junior Asia Cup title on 15 December 2024.
