During the 13th edition of the India-UAE Joint Defence Cooperation Committee (JDCC) meeting held in New Delhi on July 30, 2025, both nations reaffirmed their commitment to deepen defence collaboration. Co-chaired by Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and UAE Under Secretary of Defense Lt General Ibrahim Nasser M. Al Alawi, the meeting marked the first time the committee met at the Secretary level. Key discussions included expanding cooperation to match strategic ties in trade, investment, and people-to-people relations.
