India–UAE Conduct Desert Cyclone II Military Exercise

India and the United Arab Emirates have launched the second edition of their joint military exercise, Desert Cyclone II, in Abu Dhabi from December 18 to 30. The exercise involves mechanised infantry contingents from both armies and focuses on enhancing interoperability in urban warfare and UN-mandated sub-conventional operations. Through joint drills, heliborne missions and counter-drone training, the exercise reflects deepening defence cooperation and strengthens strategic ties between India and the UAE.
