· India will participate in a Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) counter-terrorism exercise to be held in Pakistan.
· The anti-terrorism exercise is reportedly scheduled to be held at Pabbi in Pakistan's Nowshera district from October 3.
· The exercise will be conducted under the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS), which aims to promote cooperation in counter-terrorism among all SCO member-states.
· All countries will play an important role in finding a political and diplomatic solution to the situation in Afghanistan through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
· SCO members include India, Pakistan, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
