Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya represented India at the 2nd World Summit for Social Development 2025 in Doha, Qatar, showcasing India’s achievements in poverty reduction and social protection. He highlighted that 250 million people have been lifted out of poverty and 64% now covered under social security. He emphasized women empowerment, Skill India Mission and the JAM Trinity for digital inclusion. Dr. Mandaviya also held bilateral talks on labour mobility, skills and social justice, reaffirming India’s vision of “Viksit Bharat @ 2047.”
