India's largest pumped storage project has been launched in Madhya Pradesh.
This project is being set up in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh.
The project was inaugurated by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
The project is being developed by Greenco Group.
The project has a capacity of 1440 MW with a storage capacity of 7.5 hours.
Its capacity can be expanded to 1920 MW with 6 hours of storage.
