Odisha is hosting the first-ever Physical National Yogasana Sports Championships in Bhubaneswar.
The National Yogasana Sports Federation (recognised by the Sports Ministry) is working towards building a strong culture of fitness, competition, well-being, and growth through the practice and development of Yogasana.
Over 500 competitors are taking part in the first Physical National Yogasana Championships, which is being held from November 11 to 13.
Yogasana is one of the most effective forms of fitness and wellness.
