  • Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, unveiled Rudra, the first indigenous server created by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) as part of the National Supercomputing Mission (NSM).
  • It is the country's first domestic server, created by the Center for Development of Advanced Computing as part of the National Supercomputing Mission.
  • This server can be used to build traditional commercial servers as well as large supercomputers on its own.
