  • According to the institute's power gap index, India ranks lower than Nepal and Sri Lanka.
  • Despite a lower economic forecast for 2030 due to the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdowns, it performed best on the future resources measure, finishing only behind the United States and China.
