At the 7th Moscow Format Consultations on Afghanistan held in Moscow, India, alongside Russia, China, Iran, Central Asian nations, Pakistan, and an Afghan delegation, opposed any foreign military infrastructure in Afghanistan. The forum also highlighted the importance of regional cooperation, economic integration, and counter-terrorism measures, reflecting a rare consensus between India, Pakistan and other regional actors against renewed foreign intervention.
