Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia inaugurated the SatCom Summit on “Space Networks for Universal Connectivity” at India Mobile Congress 2025 in New Delhi. The summit focuses on enhancing digital connectivity across 38,260 remote villages through satellite communication. Highlighting India’s rapid 5G expansion, Scindia emphasized that SatCom is now a right, not a luxury, empowering farmers, doctors, and students in remote regions.
