  • The Indian Cancer Genome Atlas Foundation has launched first comprehensive cancer genomics repository, to improve the understanding of genetic variations in cancer, specific to the country's population. 
  • It marks a significant advancement in cancer research and treatment. 
  • The portal currently has data from 50 breast cancer patients, will expand further, and will include more cancer types soon.
