India Hosts 11th Asian Aquatics Championships 2025

India hosted the 11th Asian Aquatics Championships at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex, Ahmedabad. Over 1,100 participants from 29 countries competed in four disciplines. China topped the medals tally with 54 medals, while India finished 11th with 13 medals (4 silver, 9 bronze). Srihari Nataraj led India with seven medals. The event also served as a qualifier for the 2026 Asian Games in Japan.
