India was awarded the International Social Security Association (ISSA) Good Practice Award 2024 for the Asia and Pacific region, conferred at the forum held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The EPFO received five qualification certificates for e-proceedings, "Nidhi Aapke Near" outreach programme, multilingual call centre, and Prayas initiative, which was received by Ashok Kumar Singh, Director General, and ESI.
