India has become the 3rd largest exporter of smartphones globally, rising from the 23rd rank in 2019, with exports surpassing ₹20,000 crore in November 2024 alone.
This milestone aligns with the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme's goal to export 70-75% of production value for FY 2024-25, showcasing India's success in the electronics manufacturing sector.
