On 14th August 2025, India hosted the 4th Meeting of the India–Singapore Joint Working Group on Trade & Investment (JWGTI) at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi. The discussions were co-chaired by Shri Rajesh Agrawal, Special Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Dr. Beh Swan Gin, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore. The meeting holds special importance as the year 2025 marks the 60th anniversary of India–Singapore diplomatic ties and the 20th anniversary of the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA).
