India and Pakistan have exchanged their lists of nuclear installations and facilities simultaneously in New Delhi and Islamabad through diplomatic channels, the Ministry of External Affairs said. The exchange was carried out under the Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack against Nuclear Installations and Facilities, signed on December 31, 1988, and in force since January 27, 1991. Under the pact, both countries share the information every year on January 1.
