Recently India and Italy have signed a defense cooperation agreement.
This agreement was signed in Italy.
The agreement was signed by Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto.
The agreement extends to education, maritime domain awareness, defense information sharing and industrial cooperation in the military sector.
This includes training, information sharing, maritime exercises and maritime security.
