During a bilateral meeting at Hyderabad House in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Fijian counterpart Sitiveni Rabuka highlighted their shared vision for a free, open, and inclusive Indo-Pacific. In a joint statement, both sides stressed their mutual interests in promoting peace, stability, and prosperity in the region. India pledged to support Fiji by providing training and equipment to strengthen its maritime security. The countries also agreed to collaborate in UN peacekeeping operations and military medicine.
