  • IIT-Jodhpur will offer its BTech program in Hindi starting from the upcoming academic session, giving students the option to choose between being taught in Hindi or English.
  • The admission process for IIT-Jodhpur remains the same, but First-Year students will be asked to specify their preference for the language of instruction at the beginning of the academic year.
  • Institute Director Avinash Kumar Agarwal confirmed that the language preference option will be available across all programs, reflecting the implementation of the Centre’s decision to teach engineering in regional languages.
