Dhananjay Shukla has been appointed as the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for this year. He is a commerce and law graduate with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, securities law, and taxation.
Pawan G Chandak has been appointed as the Vice President of ICSI for the year, with Dhananjay Shukla having previously served as the Vice President in 2024.
