ICICI Bank’s board has approved the reappointment of Sandeep Bakhshi as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for another two-year term starting October 4, 2026, and ending October 3, 2028.
His current term concludes in October 2026. The reappointment is subject to approvals from the Reserve Bank of India, shareholders, and other regulatory authorities, according to a regulatory filing by the bank.
