The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) initiated the 'One Scientist-One Product' program, engaging 5,521 scientists to develop products, technologies, models, or publications to advance agricultural research.
The program includes a system to track scientific progress every three to six months, ensuring continuous development and improvement in the agricultural sector.
For the year 2024, the program emphasizes high-yielding oilseeds and pulses, aligning with the Centre's 100-day action plan to boost agricultural productivity and sustainability.
