The Sahitya Akademi has selected 21 Indian language creators, including Hindi poet Gagan Gill, English writer Eastrin Kire and Marathi critic Sudhir Rasal, for the 2024 award.
Gagan Gill will receive the Sahitya Akademi award for his poetry collection 'Main Jab Tak Aaye Bahar', Eastrin Kare for his novel 'Spirit Nights' and Sudhir Rasal for his criticism 'Vindanche Gudyroop'.
