Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar presented the 'President's Colour' award to Himachal Pradesh's state police, which was received by the Director-General of Police Sanjay Kundu.
Himachal Pradesh Police is the eighth state police force in India to acquire this recognition.
'President Colour' is a unique achievement that demonstrates the state police ranks highly in terms of performance, professionalism, integrity, human rights protection, and other aspects.
