  • Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has inaugurated Dhalli Heliport constructed at a cost of Rs 18 crore near Sanjauli-Dhalli bypass.
  • The three-storey heliport, built at a cost of Rs 18 crore, has all modern facilities like reception counter, heliport manager's office, ticket counter and VIP lounge.
  • At present there are 64 helipads in the state of Himachal Pradesh and 38 new helipads are being constructed by the state government.
  • This heliport will prove to be a boon in increasing tourism and economic activities in Himachal Pradesh.
