HDFC Bank has launched “My Business QR”, powered by Vyaparify, to digitally empower India’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with their first commerce identity. The system integrates payments, business identity, communication, and commerce into a single smart QR code, allowing merchants to create an instant digital storefront where customers can view products, chat via WhatsApp, pay through any UPI app, and save contact details. The initiative, aimed at India’s 63 million SMEs, enhances visibility, trust, and digital reach without requiring technical expertise or major investments, helping small businesses thrive in both digital and physical markets.
