Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCLTech, received the "Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur" (Knight of the Legion of Honour) from the French Ambassador to India, recognizing her contributions to business, economic ties, and social commitment.
As the first woman to lead a listed IT company in India, Roshni Nadar Malhotra has overseen HCLTech's growth to a $13.3 billion turnover and a global workforce of over 227,480 professionals, focusing on technology innovation and global expansion.
Apart from her corporate role, Nadar Malhotra is dedicated to environmental sustainability and social causes through initiatives like The Habitats Trust and educational programs supported by HCLTech in France, enhancing coding education for middle school students.
