Recently, technology expert Gokul Subramaniam has been appointed as the President of Intel India.
He will be responsible for the overall engineering and design operations of the company in the country.
Gokul is currently vice president of the Client Computing Group and general manager of Client Platforms and Systems.
Subramaniam is an alumnus of the University of Madras and the University of Texas.
Gokul has replaced Nivritti Roy on this post.
Intel, the world's largest semiconductor producer by revenue, has the second largest design and engineering center in India after the US.
