Goa Shipyard Ltd. launched the ICGS ATAL (Yard 1275), the sixth of eight modern Fast Patrol Vessels (FPVs), at Vasco-da-Gama on July 29, 2025. Designed in-house, the 52-metre-long FPV with a displacement of 320 tonnes underlines India’s shipbuilding capabilities under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
