Goa Maritime Conclave was organized in Goa from 29 to 31 October.
This was the fourth edition of Goa Maritime Conclave.
It was organized by the Naval War College of the Indian Navy.
Naval War College is located in Goa.
Its first edition was held in the year 2017.
The theme of this conclave has been 'Maritime Security in the Indian Ocean Region: Transforming Common Maritime Priorities into a Collaborative Mitigation Framework'.
It provides a platform for Chiefs of Naval Staff and Heads of Maritime Agencies to exchange views on contemporary and future maritime challenges and present cooperative strategies to enhance interoperability among partner maritime agencies.
Naval officers from 12 countries adjacent to the Indian Ocean participated in this conclave.
