FDI inflows into India have surpassed the $1 trillion mark between April 2000 and September 2024, highlighting India’s growing status as a secure and attractive global investment destination.
According to the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the cumulative FDI amount, which includes equity, reinvested earnings, and other capital, reached $1,033.40 billion during this period.
