Eminent jurist Fali Sam Nariman passed away at the age of 95 in New Delhi.
Shri Nariman served as Advocate General between 1972 and 1975. He resigned from the post during the Emergency.
Fali S. Nariman was regarded as an enlightened expert on the Indian Constitution and also as a member of the Rajya Sabha.
