The 161-year-old Kanchrapara Workshop of Eastern Railway (ER) in West Bengal has developed an AI-based chatbox named 'Prabodh' to keep ER employees updated on rules and regulations.
'Prabodh' is designed as a human resource management tool, aiding employees in understanding their responsibilities and rights.
It was developed by the personnel department at the Kanchrapara Workshop using the OpenAI platform, providing an intelligent and user-centric experience.
Chief PRO of ER, Kausik Mitra, described 'Prabodh' as a groundbreaking innovation aimed at simplifying Railway Establishment Rules.
