  • The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully carried out the maiden flight test of the Pinaka Long Range Guided Rocket (LRGR 120) at the Integrated Test Range, Chandipur, on December 29, 2025.
  • Tested for its full range of 120 km, the rocket executed all planned in-flight manoeuvres and hit the target with high precision. The trial was jointly coordinated by the ITR and the Proof & Experimental Establishment.
