Dr. Ajay Kumar, Former Secretary, Ministry of Defence, took the Oath of Office and Secrecy as Chairman, Union Public Service Commission today. The Oath was administered by Lt. Gen. Raj Shukla (Retd.), the senior-most Member of the Commission.
