Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan launched PM e-Vidya DTH Channel No. 31 for Indian Sign Language (ISL), which will promote inclusive education.
The channel aims to establish ISL as a school subject and language to bring more and more hearing impaired students and the community into the mainstream.
