The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has launched Electronic Personnel Licence (EPL) services for Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) at its headquarters.
The initiative marks a major step in DGCA’s digital transformation. The EPL is a secure digital licence with ICAO-compliant security features, enabling authentication, tamper prevention, and real-time verification.
Pilots can access the licence through the eGCA mobile application.
