A Delhi court has found Kashmiri separatist leader Asiya Andrabi and two associates guilty under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in a terror funding case.
Additional Sessions Judge Chanderjit Singh convicted them under Sections 18 (criminal conspiracy) and 38 (membership of a terrorist organisation) of the Act.
The National Investigation Agency charged Andrabi with waging war against India through hate speeches and conspiracy. She was arrested in April 2018.
Andrabi founded the all-women separatist outfit Dukhtaraan-e-Millat in 1987, which was later banned.
