  • The Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB) has introduced the Swachhata Monitoring & Automated Reporting Tool (SMART) to improve transparency in sanitation and civic services. The digital platform operates through a four-tier monitoring system involving the CEO, Officers In-Charge, Assistant Sanitary Inspectors, and Supervisors.
  • It enables real-time tracking, automated reporting, and centralized dashboards. DCB also plans to integrate AI-enabled analytical tools for intelligent issue classification and performance monitoring, enhancing civic management across sanitation, horticulture, civil works, and electrical departments.
