The prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2022 was held in Mumbai.
This year Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2022 celebrated the opulence of Indian Cinema and also commemorated the 75 years of Independence or Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Ranveer Singh won the Best Actor award for his exceptional performance in director Kabir Khan's 83. He played Kapil Dev in the sports drama based on the Indian Cricket team's World Cup win in 1983, while Best Film went to Shershaah.
