Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren launched ‘Upasthiti (attendance) Portal' to ensure daily attendance of all doctors, paramedical personnel, contractual workers, and other personnel working in the health department.
Cross-verification of biometric attendance being recorded by health department personnel will be done through this portal.
