  • Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) won a Rs 10,000 crore contract from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for the 2x800 MW Koderma Thermal Power Station Phase-II in Jharkhand.
  • The project includes the supply of equipment such as boilers, turbines, generators, associated auxiliaries, electrical and control & instrumentation (C&I), and Balance of Plant packages.
  • BHEL will handle the erection, commissioning, and civil works for the Koderma Thermal Power Station Phase-II project.
