Barcelona, beated Lyon to clinch its 3rd Women's Champions League title in years.
Barcelona secured a 2-0 victory over Lyon, ending their losing streak against the French side and clinching their third Women’s Champions League title in four years.
Aitana Bonmatí and Alexia Putellas scored the goals for Barcelona in front of a record crowd of 50,827 spectators.
Barcelona's win marks a historic moment, as they had previously lost two finals against Lyon and all four previous matches against them.
This victory also completes a quadruple of trophies for Barcelona, including the Champions League, Spanish league, Copa de la Reina, and Spanish Super Cup.
